Porto: Mouzinho da Silveira and Ferreira Borges will have changes to traffic from today – News

In a statement, the municipality emphasizes that the restrictions will be observed in the downward direction of Rua Mouzinho da Silveira, where traffic will be forced to turn right, at the intersection with Largo de São Domingos. Until July 31st, Rua Ferreira Borges will remain in one direction, descending, that is, one way until Rua Nova da Alfândega.

Therefore, within the scope of the construction contract for the Porto Metro Pink Line (Praça da Liberdade – Casa da Música section), the following conditions will be established:

• One-way traffic (east-west) in Largo de S. Domingos, in the section between Rua de Mouzinho da Silveira and Rua de Ferreira Borges;
• One-way traffic (south-north) on Rua de Mouzinho da Silveira, in the section between Rua de Sousa Viterbo and Largo de S. Domingos and Travessa da Banharia;
• One-way traffic (north-south) on Rua de Ferreira Borges.

All traffic restrictions will be ensured in the first three working days by the Police, guarantees the municipality.
