You will then be provided with payment details. You have 5 days to pay the €10, if you do not pay within this period, your order will be cancelled.

As soon as you make the payment, you can immediately access the certificate you requested by entering the access code provided on this page. After this last step, you will be able to download the permanent vehicle registration certificate in PDF format.

The PDF provided by IRN has just a single page and contains the following data: vehicle brand and registration number and the owner’s full name and address.
