After Kate Middleton’s parents declared their company bankrupt last year, it has now emerged that her brother-in-law James Matthews will open Bucklebury Farm Park for “parties and events”.

James, who is the husband of Pippa Middleton who she married in 2017, purchased this 72-acre farm for £1.5 million in 2021, with the property located around two miles from the Middleton family home, Bucklebury Manor, a distance of just 20 minutes away

As revealed by Richard Eden to DailyMail, the couple will open this country house to the public to be rented to anyone wishing to hold social events.

The property or “lodge” can be rented for “birthday parties, corporate events, yoga sessions, Pilates and much more”, according to a post on Instagram.

It has three bedrooms, a functional kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Also with a wood burning stove and outdoor terrace.
