She wanted something important, today the tour ends in something apotheotic, which is Rio de Janeiro, with 2 million people, with people acclaiming this woman who was always ahead of her time”, he said.

According to journalist Ancelmo Gois, from the newspaper The globe, Madonna received R$17 million to sing on Copacabana Beach. The amount was passed on by the production company Bonus Track to the government of Rio de Janeiro. At the price last Wednesday, the 1st, the value was close to US$ 3.3 million, an amount that should be added to the singer’s assets, which already exceed US$ 500 million.

The same document states that the city hall provided R$10 million in sponsorship for Madonna’s show. The expense, however, could reach R$59.9 million, including structure, surveillance, chemical bathrooms, among other needs that events of this size require to occur smoothly.
