Jurassic World, Jurassic Camp attracted multitudes of fans on Netflix. The interest was so much that the animated series ran for 5 seasons, between 2020 and 2022. Jenna Ortega voiced the character Brooklynn.

The plot

The story shows 6 teenagers invited to visit Isla Nublar. The walk becomes a walk. The friends have to fight for survival. The dinosaurs have escaped the reserve and are hungry.

The adventure will continue with the new series, called Jurassic World, Chaos Theory (in a free translation) or simply Jurassic World, Jurassic Camp 2.

The launch is scheduled for this year. To the sadness of fans, the trailer for the new series shows that Brooklynn, Jenna Ortega’s character, dies right at the beginning. The American website Deadline confirmed that the actress’s name is not in the cast.

The reason

The reason for Jenna’s departure from the cast may have been the lack of space in the actress’ schedule to work on the series. At the moment, the star is working on Wandinha 2, scheduled for release in 2025.

The actress is also working on the comedy Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice. The long-awaited production by filmmaker Tim Burton arrives in Brazilian cinemas on September 6th this year.
