Pregnant, Mariana Pacheco reveals: “I thought I had a respiratory infection”

Mariana Pacheco and Diogo Lopes, best known for Syro, they are going to be parents for the first time. The good news was confirmed on May 1st by the 32-year-old actress and announced by the 29-year-old musician through a song on social media.

The couple was at ‘Café da Manhã’, RFMand one of the questions asked was whether the pregnancy had been planned. “She stopped taking protections, but we left it to chance. We said: ‘look, if it comes, we’re ready’”stated Syro.

It was then that Mariana Pacheco revealed how she discovered she was pregnant: “I discovered it completely by chance. I was experiencing a symptom that wasn’t even obvious about pregnancy, or at least in my head it wasn’t. It hurts me here [no peito] in the middle and I thought I had a respiratory infection“he recalled. “I went to the doctor and the doctor said ‘so what about periods and things?’ and I ‘don’t understand, it has nothing to do with it’ and the doctor ‘look, drop your pants and go there’. It was that more invasive method”he added.
