Janja and Whindersson Nunes exchange barbs after horse rescue in RS

Comedian Whindersson Nunes and First Lady Janja da Silva were involved in an exchange of barbs this Thursday (9). The case occurred after the comedian mocked a video of President Lula’s (PT) wife, where she recounts the behind-the-scenes of the rescue of the horse Caramelo, which moved the country.

Through X/Twitter, the first lady shared a video revealing that she had been mobilizing to rescue the animal from an early age. “Very emotional! We have been mobilized since 6 am and managed to save the horse Caramelo,” she said.

It turns out that, on social media, the comedian showed that he was also involved in the mission to rescue the animal. After Janja’s video was published, Whindersson shared it, adding the figure of the character Chiara (Novela Travessia) with an ironic expression, exhausted from so much effort.

Some internet users understood that Whindersson did not like Janja taking responsibility for helping the animal, taking into account that he himself had been mobilized since the previous day.

“It was Janja who managed to mobilize the Army to rescue the horse Caramelo. She was the one who stayed in contact with the volunteers who got a stud for the horse. This attitude by Whindersson Nunes demoralizes a very important work that is being done”, commented a user of the network , defending his point of view.

The first lady herself also commented on the publication. “He doesn’t know that they invented a washing machine a long time ago, which frees up women’s time to do and be wherever they want”, said Janja.
