a) – Confirmation of the place in the Olympic Games will only happen on June 30, 2024, when there is an agreement between ranking places and athletes who make a qualifying mark.

b) – Greek sailor Vasileia Karachaliou has competed for Portugal under a special license from World Sailing, but the Greek Olympic Committee does not authorize her to represent the Portuguese Mission in Paris2024, so the place must go to another nation.
