In the months of April, May and June, the Alfena Cultural Center will host a range of activities for the whole family.
The first activity takes place on April 7th, between 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm, with a Magic Show and a Workshop entitled “ABRACADABRA!”, organized by the Associação Museu da Magia Portugal. All participating families will be offered a magic kit so they can join in a unique moment of illusionism.
On May 19th, the Cultural Center will open its doors to talk about “Playing as a Family”, moderated by the Parish Priest of Alfena, Father Manuel Fernando and where traditional games will be the theme for an afternoon of absolute fun between generations. This second activity will be promoted by the Training Academy
Equestrian and Hippotherapy of Valongo and Campo – Association.
The third activity will be promoted by the Historioscope show company and completely dedicated to children, as World Children’s Day will be celebrated on June 1st, where theater and puppets will take on the highlight of the day. Between 10:30 am and 4:15 pm there will be Paper Puppet Workshops and at 3:00 pm, “The King and the Flies” – Puppet Theater will delight any child, young person or adult.
