Limeira City Hall is promoting this Saturday (11), from 8am to 1pm, a new vaccination schedule against Covid-19, flu, yellow fever and the vaccines provided for in the Vaccination Calendar. Due to the lack of bivalent vaccine, there will be no immunization against Covid-19 for people over 12 years old – the municipality has not yet received new doses, which are passed on by the Ministry of Health to the States and then to the cities.
Three immunization sites will be available. Vaccination against Covid-19 will be at UBS New Europe, for children aged six months to 11 years. Vaccination updates and flu doses will be available at UBSs New Europe and Plateau. At the Parque Cidade drive-thru, it will be possible to get vaccinated against flu and yellow fever.
The Health Department advises that it is necessary to present personal documents, Vaccination Card, proof of residence and SUS Card. Minors under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Flu vaccination is available to the entire population over 6 months of age.
