Madonna’s fee is R$17 million, according to a document obtained by Splash. Total expenses reach R$60 million. The event is organized by Bonus Track Entretenimento Ltda.
With free entry, it is expected to be the biggest performance of the artist’s career and entry will be free. There will not be any type of sales, but there will be a VIP area for 7,500 people — including “hardcore fans”, authorities, sponsors’ guests and the press.
Staying at the Copacabana Palace, Madonna has complained about the heat and the noise made by fans on the sidewalk. According to an investigation by Splash, she asked that a fence be put up on the private pool at the top of the Copacabana Palace so that residents of the building next door, the famous Chopin, wouldn’t see her, but it didn’t help. Those who live on the roof can keep up with the movement. “It’s just that she feels exposed,” explained an employee.
