Hate going to the gym? Quick exercises you can do on the couch

NDo you ever feel motivated to exercise? Hate going to the gym? You can (and should) start doing some simple workouts at home. For example, on Huffpost, a blog aggregator, an expert recommended some that she can do from the comfort of her couch. Does it look good to you?

Shakira Akabusi, a fitness expert, mentions the qualities of “cozy cardio” and recommends an exercise she calls “sofa punches”. It’s very simple, “while he’s sitting on the couch, start punching with both arms out while raising his knees.”

You can still try “glute bridges”. You just need to “lie down on the floor with your feet flat on the sofa, place your arms straight and slowly raise your hips, engaging your buttocks.” Very easy.
