The City of Itabirito, through the Department of Health, in partnership with the mining company Vale, carried out on the morning of this Saturday, February 24th, an educational blitz to combat dengue. The action, at the Estação Tourist Complex, included the distribution of educational booklets with information aimed at eliminating mosquito outbreaks Aedes aegypti.
“It is essential that the population takes all precautions in order to eliminate dengue outbreaks. Several municipalities and regions in Brazil are facing a difficult period. Itabirito City Hall has been working preventively”, highlights the health secretary, Cleusa Claudino.
