The elderly in Mogi das Cruzes can now schedule a flu vaccination through Clique Vacina. With the tool, they can mark the day and time to receive the dose. Another option is vaccination without an appointment at health centers in the city.
The City Hall highlights that doses of the flu vaccine are available from Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 4 pm, in Basic Health Units (UBS).
In nine UBS vaccinations take place until 6 pm: Jardim Ivete, Vila Suíssa, Braz Cubas, Alto Ipiranga, Ponte Grande, Vila Nova Aparecida, Botujuru, Jundiapeba and Vila Natal.
The City Hall highlights that this year the doses are being registered by name in the Ministry of Health system, requiring vaccinated people to present a document with a photo, ID and CPF number, SIS card, vaccination booklet, or proof of the priority group to which they belong
The vaccine is available for risk groups, including children, the elderly, pregnant women, postpartum women (pre-pregnancy), people with comorbidities, healthcare professionals, teachers, security workers, truck drivers, and other specific groups, as per guidance from the Ministry of Health.
