Walking is one of the aerobic exercises with which all kinds of benefits have been associated in recent years.

These are mainly linked to the cardiorespiratory level and directly to health, but also to weight loss. In fact, it’s very common to hear that 10,000 steps a day is what anyone needs to stay fit and healthy.

Good physical maintenance is essential, especially after the age of 40, and is more difficult for women with the typical hormonal changes that characterize this phase.

Now the classic 10 thousand steps a day can be replaced without leaving home.

The solution is a program for all those women who don’t have time based on a short high-intensity workout of about 15 minutes and distributed by doing first a very intense minute and 30 very gentle seconds of an exercise such as jumping jacks, jumping rope, split and close your arms

Repeat 10 times. With very little time, the caloric expenditure is very high and is more or less equivalent to taking those 10 thousand steps a day.

Any of these exercises with those repetitions and within that high-intensity routine can replace walking and can come close to the benefits that this aerobic activity can bring.
