Limeira City Hall informs that the vaccine against human papillomavirus (HPV) has been expanded to female and male people aged 9 to 19 years. The target audience includes girls and boys, with the priority group also consisting of people with immunocompromise, victims of sexual violence and people with Recurrent Respiratory Papillomatosis (RRP).
In the municipality, vaccination takes place at 16 routine immunization points, from Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 12 pm and from 1 pm to 4 pm. They are: UBS Abílio Pedro, UBS Aeroporto, UBS Campo Belo, UBS Cecap, UBS Morro Azul, UBS Dores 1, UBS Dores 2, UBS Nova Europa, UBS Nova Limeira, UBS Nova Switzerland, UBS Novo Horizonte, UBS Planalto, UBS Hipólito 1, UBS Vista Alegre, UBS Graminha and Rubi Specialties Outpatient Clinic.
Due to the Labor Day holiday (May 1st), both the UBSs and the Rubi Specialties Outpatient Clinic will be closed this Wednesday. Service will resume on Thursday (2).
