AGFs Garcia, Velha and Itoupava continue with outpatient care on the weekend

This weekend, the 4th and 5th, outpatient care from the public health network is concentrated in the General Family Outpatient Clinics (AGFs) Garcia, Velha and Itoupava. Working hours will take place from 7am to 10pm at the Garcia and Velha units; and from 7am to 7pm at Itoupava.

For those who prefer service through Alô Saúde, the service continues 24 hours a day and can be accessed via 0800 686 6000 or App Pronto, via chat, video or call.

Dengue Care Center (CAD)
Both the CAD and the infusion space, located on Furb’s Campus 3, at Rua São Paulo, 2,171, will have opening hours from 7am to midnight.

Vaccination
The vaccination calendar will only be updated in the three units on Saturday, the 4th, from 8am to 5pm, upon presentation of an official document with photo and vaccination card. For minors, the presence of a legal guardian is mandatory.

This year, against Covid-19, the vaccine is being administered without the need for an appointment only in priority groups. In the case of the bivalent vaccine, it is administered to people over 18 years of age.

For people aged 60 or over and immunocompromised people over 12 years of age, who have received the last dose of the vaccine more than 6 months ago, the application of the second dose of the bivalent vaccine against Covid-19 is recommended.

Regarding the Influenza vaccine, vaccination is aimed at people aged 6 months to 12 years, in addition to other priority groups. The immunizer is trivalent, which protects against influenza A (H1N1 and H3N2) and the influenza B virus.
