According to the professional, the difference between common salt and green salt is that it contains four powerful herbs that help people with hypertension as they have anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, in addition to helping with digestion.

“Rosemary is an antioxidant herb and combats oxidative stress, which is very common in individuals with hypertension. Basil helps fight inflammatory processes in the body, as does oregano. Parsley, in addition to being anti-inflammatory like basil, has digestive and diuretic properties”, explains Nathália.

“Added to this, we have sesame, which naturally contains calcium, magnesium, manganese, zinc and vitamin E, the latter three of which also act to reduce oxidative stress, while the minerals calcium and magnesium have the ability to help reduce blood pressure. artery”, she adds.
