Proptech Unlatch will be responsible for digitizing the sales process of the DUUO residential real estate development, under construction in Praça de Espanha. The developer of the development, Besix Red, has partnered with French proptech to offer customers of this 140-unit development an easy, efficient, safe and flawless shopping experience.
Besix Red has decided consolidate its presence in Portugal with DUUOits first residential project in the country, which is currently under construction between Praça de Espanha and the University of Lisbon, in the Avenidas Novas neighbourhood.
The Belgian real estate developer considers the possibility of extend the Unlatch solution to more residential projects across Europe in the future, while Unlatch itself looks to increase its presence in Portugal through new partnerships.
