PACT bets on innovation and opens AlentEdge Office for Business Support in Alentejo

In the next On May 8th, at 9:30 am, PACT will inaugurate the AlentEdge cabinet.

This is an office created to provide business support services aimed at the PACT ecosystem, namely to entrepreneurs, researchers and other entities. The first services made available by AlentEdge cabinetwhich will serve the entire Alentejo region, will be at the Intellectual Property (IP) level and will be developed in collaboration with INVENTA.

The inauguration event, in addition to marking the official launch of the AlentEdge Cabinet, highlights the importance of valorization of knowledge through IP registration.

This opening session will also discuss the latest developments in this area, as well as the challenges and opportunities for participants. The session will feature a presentation on the topic, followed by a debate moderated by Tiago Teotónio Pereiraexecutive member of the Steering Committee of the Management Authority of the Alentejo Regional Operational Program.

With the creation of the AlentEdge Office, PACT intends to reinforce the culture of innovation and collaboration that has driven economic growth and regional prosperity. The AlentEdge Cabinet is an initiative that arises from PACT’s commitment as leader of the Regional Technology Transfer System (SRTT) and in partnership with CCDR-A, co-responsible for the operational coordination of the implementation of the Alentejo Regional Intelligent Specialization Strategy ( PR Alentejo 2030).

The event, open to the community, is free, but requires prior registration by May 7th.
