eLiga Portugal Finals: semi-finals are already defined – Record Gaming

The defending champion falls and there is one certainty: a new National Virtual Football Champion will be crowned

The four semi-finalists of eLiga Portugal have been found! Estoril Praia 22 Esports, FC Vizela, Estrela Amadora and FC Famalicão have stamped their passports and will be present, this Sunday, on the day of all decisions!

Estoril Praia 22 Esports were the first to qualify for the semi-finals of the eLiga Portugal Finals. Against SC Braga – EGN, the Canarinhos won, in extra time, by 5-4 (1-3; 4-1 ap), in a game of stop and response.

Then, it was FC Vizela and SL Benfica TP’s turn to meet. Victory smiled on the Vizelenses, with a double victory, by 4-2 and 3-2, respectively, for a total of 7-4. In this way, the first semi-final of the competition was defined.

Estrela Amadora was third to qualify, in what was the second extra time of the afternoon, with a minimal but decisive 3-2 advantage. In the first duel, the Tricolores won by a goal to zero, leaving everything open for the second leg. The canons managed to win 2-1 in regulation time, but in extra time, a goal from the Amadora team made it 2-2, sealing their ticket to the semi-finals.

Lastly, but with equal importance, FC Famalicão secured the last available ticket for the last day of the competition, beating Gil Vicente FCApogee, 7-5. The Gilistas entered the tie strong and managed to take a two-goal lead into the second leg, which in turn ended in a three-way draw.
