The Coimbra City Council Executive will debate, this Monday, a collaboration protocol between the Municipality and Instituto Pedro Nunes (IPN) Incubadora.

This is financial support worth 85 thousand euros to the Association for the Development of Idea and Business Incubation Activities.

IPN Incubadora is committed to continuing to contribute to boosting the entrepreneurial ecosystem of the municipality and the Coimbra Region.

The support of 85 thousand euros, the same amount allocated in 2023, reinforces the commitment and strengthens cooperation ties between IPN Incubadora and the Coimbra City Council, allowing co-financing activities to promote innovation and entrepreneurship of high value for the municipality, leveraged by the Institute within the scope of its non-profit activity, relating to the incubation of technology-based companies.

As shown in municipal information, IPN Incubadora continues to contribute to the general dynamization of the entrepreneurial ecosystem of the municipality and the region of Coimbra, through its annual activity plan and collaboration with the activities of the Department of Economic Development, Entrepreneurship, Competitiveness and Investment by the Chamber, Coimbra iParque and the Municipal Cowork Space – Patio, Creativity and Innovation, so that they develop in an articulated and coherent way with IPN Incubadora’s own initiatives.
