In a statement, the PJ stated that the events occurred on “last April 17th, on a public street, when the defendant attacked an 84-year-old man, pushing him and throwing him against the ground, causing injuries that determined his death.”
From what was possible to ascertain, the two men did not know each other, but the attacker will have psychological problems. When he passed the older man on the street, the latter had a Canadian, with which he threatened the younger man that “if he didn’t get there”, he would “get away” with that object. With this, the young man, who did not like the attitude, pushed the man, who fell and hit his head, ending up dying.
The detainee will be present for judicial interrogation to apply coercive measures.
