Circus School opens registration for summer

The Circus School – Summer 2024 will take place during the month of July, at Escola Básica 2,3 Santo António, in Faro, from 9am to 5pm.

The project’s activities aim to “bring together children from different backgrounds, create friendships, mutual help and a sense of cooperation and teamwork, combating prejudice and social exclusion”. The program includes learning about juggling, balancing, music and rhythm, acrobatics, vertical fabric, clowning, mime, body expression, children’s rights, creation of sets and costumes.

The initiative costs 100 euros, including insurance and materials, with siblings receiving a 10% discount. It is necessary to bring lunch and snacks from home.

Pre-registrations are being accepted for the address [email protected]. Each child can sign up for a maximum of 2 weeks, because the organization wants to “give opportunities to all interested parties”.

Registrations during normal periods are made via the address [email protected].

Groups will receive an email with information, confirmation request and payment details. Registration is only completed with payment of the entire amount by bank transfer.
