Second Paula Aldeia managed to find out the booster seats were on the bus and accused the opposition of politicizing with untruths about a “serious situation such as children’s safety”.
Ricardo Cunha asked to speak again to mention that it had not just been the councilor Liliana Silva addressing this issue on social media, but also some guardians.
In response, Paula Aldeia asked the deputy Ricardo Cunha whether it is the Council or whoever accompanies the children who has the obligation to place the chairs.
The deputy Jorge Nande (OCP) responded to the socialist deputy saying that the responsibility for transporting children always lies with Caminha City Council, the entity to which city officials have to respond.
Paula Aldeia He disagreed and said it was not the council’s responsibility to place security guards, but rather the schools’ responsibility.
