From ACOS, the vice-president, Miguel Madeira, will speak about “challenges and opportunities for cooperation and associations in production” and the general director, Claudino Matos.

On the table there will also be a reflection, promoted by ACOS, on “The integration of migrants in Baixo Alentejo – what is the path?”. ACOS will also host several other colloquia and workshops with theoretical and practical sessions in the new space created this year to give visibility to the role and importance of new technologies in agriculture and livestock, the Innovation and Technology Pavilion, located in Campo da Feira. “Advantages of Using Smart Irrigation Systems”; “Geolocation in Livestock”, “Use of Drones in Agriculture”, Soil Conservation” are just a few examples of the colloquiums under the responsibility of ACOS planned for this new space.

The dynamization of this space also includes the participation of several Competence Centers of which ACOS and FAABA are part. Running from April 30th to May 5th, the 40th Ovibeja this year has more exhibitors, more initiatives for all target audiences, more innovative surprises and another day at the fair.
