Minsait opens consultancy unit in Portugal focusing on digital and business transformation

Minsait announced the creation of Minsait Business Consulting, which will operate in the markets of Portugal and Angola, led by Pedro Novo, a professional with twenty years of experience in consultancy. The main reason for creating this new business unit was to «complement the company’s technological offer with an end-to-end offer that ranges from functional diagnostics and roadmap definition to the implementation of solutions aligned with customer needs» , explains the person responsible.

With a focus on accelerating the digital, cultural and business transformation of companies, Minsait Business Consulting will enable a change in the “vision of customers, operations and organization” and can encompass the “redesign of the entire value chain, using data and advanced analytics” – here, artificial intelligence will play a “fundamental role”. Furthermore, a «paradigm shift is promised with fluid organizations that promote bottom-up approaches, participation, collaboration and transversal interaction between business units», says Pedro Novo

Senior and junior consultants
Minsait Business Consulting has an «ambitious and sustained growth plan scheduled for 2024» and is in the recruitment phase: «We want to respond to the needs of all our clients and, to this end, we want to further strengthen our team. Our objective, for now, is to hire twenty consultants with transversal skills, specialized in sectoral and functional practices, by the end of this year».
