Next Saturday, May 4th, LAV in Lisbon will host a very special concert by New lovealready sold out.
Ali Lacey brings with her Collapse List, an album released on April 5th, a work that lists what he himself thinks about changes in his life, from his location to his feelings about making love and the nature of his relationships. It was recorded, produced and mixed by himself in Wales and was written together with Ed Tullett. Among the collaborations is the work of Yvette Young, from Covet, who added guitars to this fifth Novo Amor album.
Lacey made Novo Amor her kind of project as an act of defiance following a breakup, but she found her new relationship in it: a summer spent by a lake surrounded by trees in upstate New York opened doors to her debut album Birthplacein 2018, and also its successor Cannot Be, Whatsoeverin 2020. Before that, in 2017, he had released the EP Bathing Beachwhose themes still appear in live lineups today.
The reunion with the Portuguese public will take place on Saturday with the opening of doors scheduled for 8 pm and the start of the show scheduled for 9 pm.
