The wind farm that is planned for the south of Galicia, the debt to Luságua, the CET issue, the Ferry Boat and the “shameful” state of municipal streets and roads were some of the questions left by the coalition deputy O Municipality in First (OCP) Jorge Nande to Mayor Rui Lages in the period before the agenda of the last municipal assembly of Caminha.
Regarding the wind farm, the opposition deputy wanted to know what the Chamber of Caminha will do together with its counterpart from A Guarda (Spain) to stop the process.
Of the various questions posed by the deputy Jorge Nande, Rui Lages only responded to two, starting with the Offshore Wind Farm.
Rui Lages He explained what he has done in partnership with his counterpart from A Guarda, namely sending correspondence to various entities, which according to the mayor has not received a concrete response.
Regarding the Ferry Boat, the president of the Chamber considers that the big problem is the silting of the River Minho, an issue that he argues cannot be taken up only by the chambers of Caminha and A Guarda, but by the two governments.
The CET money, the debt to Luságua and the poor state of municipal roads were issues that remained unanswered by the president.
