Tomorrow afternoon, May 3rd, the University of Coimbra (UC) will host another session of the Casa da Lusofonia Conversations, dedicated to the theme “Guiné-Bissau: opportunities and challenges”. The event, organized in collaboration with the Guinea-Bissau Student Organization in Coimbra (OEGB-C), will take place at the UC’s Casa da Lusofonia facilities, located on Rua Arco da Traição, starting at 2pm.

The session will feature the participation of the Ambassador of Guinea-Bissau in Portugal, Artur Silva, and will be enriched by prominent interventions, such as that of the Vice-Rector for External Relations and UC Alumni, João Nuno Calvão da Silva, responsible for the opening , and that of the president of OEGB-C, Braima Baldé, in charge of the closure.

The debate, which will also include a moment of conviviality and entertainment provided by the OEGB-C Culture Section, will be held in person, with a limited number of participants. To attend, you must register in advance at [email protected].

The Casa da Lusofonia Conversations are an initiative that aims to bring current and former students, both national and international, to the University of Coimbra, providing a space for reflection and debate on relevant current topics.
