A happy meeting of creatives. At Comadre, a restaurant owned by Melissa Domingues and Meguy Pereira, this Thursday night will be different from usual, in part because of a special guest. Marta Gonçalves, the designer behind the Hibu brand, presents her latest collection in this space, after two seasons away from her most usual catwalk, ModaLisboa.

The event, open to the public, is scheduled for 6pm this Thursday. The restaurant serves as the setting, but it itself has a creative work to bring to light: the first line of Comadre signature ceramics, created especially for this event. Organic shapes, inspired by nature, are at the center of this edition of pieces. The iridescent finish makes the candle holders, as well as the table serving items, different from everything else we find in the tableware. In addition to brightening up the dinner, the pieces will also be for sale.

The gathering will therefore be around the table and fashion, with a happening scheduled for eight o’clock sharp. In it, Marta will unveil this summer’s collection, marked by the urban and genderless codes that have long guided the brand’s style and where denim is once again one of the season’s protagonists.

And the evening will also be about shopping. Hibu pieces will be on sale locally, but the collection will only be launched on the brand’s website a day later. The rest will be in charge of the usual party ingredients – a menu of cocktails and appetizers from Comadre and a DJ to entertain the crowd.
