The Municipality of Faro, the coordinating entity of the Faro Nautical Station, will once again promote, between May 6th and 12th, the Faro Nautical Week.
The second edition of the event aims to publicize and promote the activities offered by Estação Náutica’s partners.
The program includes different activities aimed at families, the school community, but also seniors in the municipality, with special conditions for participation.
According to the Farense municipality in a press release, participants will have the opportunity to get to know the existing tourist offer, through experiences such as boat trips, canoeing, sailing, surfing or stand up paddle lessons, as well as gastronomic experiences, kitesurfing baptisms, exhibitions, visits to museums and the Cabo de Santa Maria lighthouse or awareness raising actions.
At the same time, some tourist accommodation units have special conditions throughout this week.
