The first half at Complexo Desportivo Francisco Carvalho was the best for Pedras Salgadas, with plenty of ball possession and pressure on the opposite half, which then resulted in 1-0.
Chaves B started better in the second half, with plenty of opportunities, but without being able to convert them.
While the home team’s coach declined to make a statement, Tiago Nogueira, coach of Pedras Salgadas says that the game “was well played” and explains that “by strategy”, in the first half, “they put the ball further forward”. “It was a fair result”, he assured.
