The Netherlands’ impeccable performance secured them the title at the Longines EEF Nations Cup in Mannheim, with hosts Germany in second place and France in third, in an exciting afternoon of sport.
The Dutch team, made up of Willem Greve and Minute Man, Kevin Jochems and Flying Jackie, Lara Kersten (Chuck Marlenshof Z) and Michael Greeve and Foxpit Grim, took first place with two clean courses, securing their place at the top of the podium in the Longines EEF Mannheim series.
Portugal, represented by Rodrigo Sampaio Peixoto (Orion As), Mafalda Costa Marques (Iniesta P.), Nuno Tiago Gomes (Chjaccora’s Stakko PS) and Rodrigo Giesteira Almeida (Karonia L), achieved a respectable fifth place among eleven teams. The best national performance was by Rodrigo Giesteira Almeida, who finished the race with a double run without faults.
