Portalegre City Festivals with “great dynamics” from May 22nd to 26th

Zé Amaro, Buba Espinho, Dillaz and Matias Damásio are the artists who will liven up the Portalegre City Festivities from May 22nd to 26th.

Alongside the shows, in the Jardim da Corredoura area, there will be no shortage of good cuisine, handicrafts and entertainment for the whole family: all with free entry.

Guaranteeing that the district capital will have “great parties”, with some improvements compared to the previous year, starting with the “reorganization of space”, the mayor of Portalegre, Fermelinda Carvalho, remembers that the event serves to mark the municipal holiday, celebrated on the 23rd.

“It will be again in the Corredoura area, which we think is the space that offers the best conditions to host that event, which is the largest we have, and we want everything concentrated: from the shows, to the gastronomy – which this year We will also improve the conditions of the restaurants – and all the exhibitors, which already have some size”, says the mayor.

During the festivities, the City Council will inaugurate some works that were recently completed, and Fermelinda Carvalho assures that the event will have a “great dynamic, from the first to the last day”, not limited to nighttime shows.
