The Jean Monet Building, headquarters of the European Parliament and the European Commission in the Portuguese capital, is undergoing extensive renovation, following the purchase of more than 70% of the building by Sonagi, the Queiroz Pereira family’s real estate holding company.

The renovation aims to adapt it to new work trends, but also in terms of sustainability, with the owner’s objective being certification Breeam Gold.
