Next weekend, Albufeira will once again be present in Bilbao, Spain, at Expovacaciones 2024, an event aimed at travel lovers in the northernmost Spanish regions.

“Holidays for all tastes” is the motto of this fair that opens its doors tomorrow, the 10th, and runs until the 12th.

This is yet another investment by the Municipality of Albufeira in promoting its territory in local markets, as it did recently in Porto, when promoting on the 3rd of May, a workshop to promote the Albufeira brand, at Alfândega do Porto, where more than 200 travel agents from Porto and Northern Portugal were present.

“We will be at the Tourism Region stand and we know that the word Albufeira is already common to many Spaniards. It is important for us to continue to invest in the perception of this destination as a brand associated with a different experience, of high satisfaction and which does not have a specific period of the year for this purpose. The feeling of well-being is a guarantee all year round, with pleasant surprises for all the senses”, says the president of Albufeira City Council, José Carlos Rolo, in a note from the municipality.

In its luggage, Albufeira carries differentiated tourist products such as the EDP Arte Reef (underwater exhibition by the renowned Vhils), the Aspirante a Geoparque Algarvensis or the Algarve Golden Terroir, in the Municipality’s commitment to products that make it possible to boost the destination throughout the year, alleviating the effects of seasonality.
