Management of the Guarda Basketball Association receives a vote of praise from the clubs

The General Assembly of the Guarda Basketball Association (ABG) unanimously approved the management report and accounts for 2023, a year with many initiatives and support for clubs, the formation of regional arbitration and the activity of district teams with the aim of promote the development of the modality.
At the meeting held on Saturday, Tiago Nascimento, president of ABG, stated that it was “a very positive year for basketball with the appearance of new clubs in competitions and a gradual increase in players, coaches, managers and referees who joined the sport in the district of the Guard». In their interventions, the club delegates recognized the growth of basketball and praised the work of the ABG in recent seasons, having presented a vote of praise to the management for “voluntary work, dedication to the development of the sport and the associative transparency that the management of the ABG has ensured over the years for the responsibility of the public good».
