Fabiana Justus took to social media this Thursday afternoon (25) to reveal her discomfort with children’s films. The influencer, who is a mother of three children, is treating acute myeloid leukemia and made an outburst to her followers about a common feature of the productions: the death of one or both of the main characters’ parents.
Among the three children of Fabiana and Bruno D’Anconathe oldest are the twins Chiara and Siena. The youngest in the family, Luigi, is just eight months old. “I need to share something: me choosing a movie to watch with the girls, right? Most of them, I get indignant, either the mother or the father dies. I’m going to show them and it’s something that causes trauma”, reported Roberto Justus’ daughter.
Spending a period of time unable to leave the house, after undergoing a bone marrow transplant, she reported that she ends up feeling uncomfortable letting her 5-year-old daughters watch films that deal with the death of characters. Among them, Fabiana cited hits such as “The Lion King”, “Frozen” and “Cinderella”. “We keep trying to get by, but I really wanted a film that didn’t have that,” she confessed.
“’Mary Poppins’ is very much from my time, so I wanted to watch the new one. They really loved it, but the main guy’s wife dies too. I explained that at the time there were no medicines because they kept asking ‘why?’”, said Fabiana. “There are some who don’t have it, but the vast majority do. Then you have to explain, it’s really bad”, reiterated the influencer.
Fabiana explained that, in addition to facing a serious illness, she does not think it is ideal to present the content to children. “I just think it’s a lot for a little kid to deal with this kind of subject and I also find it super uncomfortable to talk about this subject. I confess, I’m just venting to you. I think it’s very bad to talk about this topic, especially now,” she said before being interrupted by one of her daughters.
Diagnosis of Fabiana Justus
On January 25th of this year, Fabiana revealed have been diagnosed with leukemia acute myeloid and spoke about the discovery in a video posted on social media. According to the influencer, she was hospitalized with ‘a weird pain in her back and a fever’. From then on, she was hospitalized, underwent tests, had the catheter inserted and began chemotherapy.
On March 27th, Fabiana said she found a donor 100% compatible with her and that he would undergo the long-awaited bone marrow transplant. After 13 days, she reported that she managed to ‘get it’ and progressed in the treatment, being discharged from hospital on April 16.
