Reporter Priscilla Moraes, from GloboNewsexplained to his followers on Instagram about the unusual and somewhat painful moment that happened during his live coverage of Madonna’s show on Copacabana Beach, last Saturday (4).
In the video shared by the journalist, Priscilla declared: “Hi everyone, how are you? Making this video here to reassure everyone, I’m receiving a lot of messages, because I was bitten live by Nina.”

The journalist showed the dog Nina, who was dressed as Madonna, but shortly after the bite, Priscilla left the place to head to the Super Vaccination Center. She highlighted the importance of obtaining contact from the animal’s owner in cases of bites, to carry out the necessary follow-up, which includes anti-rabies and tetanus vaccinations.
“I’ve already had my doses of the rabies vaccine, I also took the opportunity to renew my tetanus shot, everything is fine now! It hurt, it hurt! A little and we now have a story to tell”, he added.

The case
The incident dates back to Madonna’s pre-show coverage, where the reporter was on Copacabana Beach to portray the singer’s fans. However, Nina’s presence brought an unexpected moment of unrest, resulting in the bite that led Priscilla to end the broadcast and seek medical attention.

Madonna ended her The Celebration Tour on Saturday, in a show that attracted around 1.5 million people to Copacabana Beach. The event was broadcast live on Globo.
