“You asked for it! And we listened! ‘To Hell With The Amps’, our acoustic album, will be released worldwide on May 10th to streaming services everywhere.

This album was previously released as a very limited CD/DVD. It sold out instantly. So we went back and did a Dolby Atmos remaster/remix of the album and all the new artwork.

Furthermore, the album will not only be available on streaming platforms, but we will soon announce the release on Vinyl, CD/DVD and Cassette. Yes, you read that right. Cassette. Ah – let’s talk about the video – the BluRay video has been upgraded to 4K in this release.

There are so many exciting things to come with this release.”

For a limited time in the coming months, “To Hell with the Amps: The Unplugged Tour” will feature Stryper playing the entire project acoustic at each performance.

“We’re excited to show people a totally different translation of these songs,” says vocalist, guitarist and main songwriter Michael Sweet. “Most acoustic shows will be held in smaller, more intimate venues, and the set is naturally softer. It will be like a family event, as if everyone is sitting in our living room listening to us play,” added the frontman.
