Taylor Swift joins Forbes billionaires list

Taylor Swift joined the Forbes list of billionaires, with a fortune valued at 1.1 billion dollars.

The singer became a billionaire in October 2023 and, according to the North American publication, she achieved this ‘status’ after earning revenue from the world tour ‘The Eras Tour’, in addition to the value of her discography.

Taylor is the first singer to appear in this ranking solely based on income from her work as an artist. Her fortune includes more than 500 million in estimated wealth including royalties and tours, as well as a discography worth the same amount and over 125 million dollars in real estate.

It should be remembered that the list is led by Bernard Arnault, executive director of LVMH, followed by Elon Musk, in second position, and Jeff Bezos, in third.
