Granola has vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, B6 and E, as well as minerals such as zinc, selenium, chromium and manganese. The combination provides energy and vitality and helps the body fight free radicals.

2. Increases immunity and protection against diseases

Food is also a source of soluble and insoluble fiber, which serves as food for the beneficial bacteria of the intestinal microbiota. In addition to the digestive process, these bacteria influence the immune system and mood.

3. Improves intestinal transit

The fibers in granola contribute to increasing the fecal volume in the intestine, a factor that enhances its functioning and improves symptoms such as constipation.

4. It can get fat depending on the recipe

Granola is a food rich in carbohydrates, fats, dried fruits and sugars, which is why it has a high caloric value. To avoid gaining weight, the recommendation is to limit consumption to 2 or 3 tablespoons per day, preferably mixing them with natural yogurt or milk.

Ingredients

– 50g of roasted and peeled hazelnuts;

– 50g of rice flakes (optional);
– 50g of Brazil nuts;
– 50g of cashew nuts;
– 50g of almond flakes;
– 50g of coconut chips;
– 400g of oats;
– 1 apple.

Way of doing

– Blend the apple in a blender with a little water until smooth;
– Pour the ingredients into a pan lined with baking paper or aluminum foil;
– Then put it in the oven at maximum temperature for 15 minutes for the first time and then stir every 5 minutes until it is dry and crispy.
