Electronic Arts today revealed the second F1® Deep Dive? 24 approach to Career Mode, this mode receives its most significant update since 2016. Codemasters has evolved its approach to the racing career, introducing a single-player experience that reflects the real-world challenges that face F1® drivers. For the first time, players can take the fight for the title through the eyes of the current stars of the F1® season, promising F2™ talents, or build on the legacy of iconic drivers like Ayrton Senna and Michael Schumacher

The new Career Mode is powered by the Driver Recognition system, which gives more weight to every decision made on and off the track. Just like in the real world, as a player’s reputation grows, so do opportunities, with the potential to participate in secret contract meetings, secure offers from other teams and have a more motivated R&D team. This mode also introduces a new and unique touch with several distinctions, and long-standing references linked to the sport and each pilot based on the real world. Starting out as a custom racer gives players a clean slate, with accolades earned as they progress, or playing as a pro will generate challenges based on real-life achievements.

Two-Player Career Mode includes all-new single-player features, and Challenge Career offers a new way to compete and experience F1®? 24, with variable scenarios based on the existing driver and team, identical for all players and determined by player vote.

Fans can watch the second Deep Dive video and read more about Career Mode here. The next F1® video? 24 will be released on April 29th, showing an in-depth look at the gameplay.
