Here’s Homelander in Mortal Kombat 1

NetherRealm has shared a new trailer for Mortal Kombat 1 entirely focused on Homelander, the villain from the popular Prime Video series, The Boys.

This is the first time we see Homelander in action in the game, which appears to have been lifted directly from the series. As well as using Antony Starr’s face, we see him using his deadly lasers, punching enemies towards planes and we even get a glimpse of his obsession with milk.

To unlock Homelander in the game, you must purchase the Kombat Pack 1 DLC, which includes other characters such as Omni-Man, Peacemaker, Quan Chi, Ermac and Takedia.

Homelander’s arrival in Mortal Kombat 1 has not yet received a concrete date, but it is safe to assume that it could happen close to the release of the 4th season of The Boys, scheduled for June 13th.
