Samsung is not willing to waste any time. Despite still implementing the One UI 6.1 interface in its vast product portfolio, the South Korean brand is already moving forward in strength to the next level.

According to the SamMobile website, the brand is already testing the next One UI 7.0 interface, which will be based on the Android 15 operating system.

One UI 7.0 shrouded in total mystery

Although the SamMobile website detected the new firmware S928BXXU2BXE2 on Samsung’s European servers, it was unable to reveal any feature of the brand’s next interface. For now, One UI 7.0 is shrouded in a total cloak of mystery.

Since the current One UI 6.1 is based on Android 14, it is expected that Samsung’s next interface will also be based on Google’s next operating system, Android 15. This should be revealed next week, on May 14, at the I/O conference.

The SamMobile website also states that initial tests of the new One UI 7.0 interface are being carried out on the top Galaxy S24 series. Therefore, it is likely that these premium smartphones will be the first on the list to receive the update to the new interface.
