“It can affect breathing, particularly in people prone to breathing problems such as asthma or sleep apnea.”

4- Digestive problems

“Sleeping with your head elevated can contribute to reflux or heartburn as it can cause stomach acid to back up into the esophagus.”

5- Poor circulation

“It can compromise circulation, especially in the arms and shoulders.”

6- Headaches

“Improper head alignment during sleep can place excessive pressure on the neck muscles and blood vessels.”

7- Skin problems

“It can add pressure to the face, which can lead to the formation of deeper lines and wrinkles, particularly around the eyes and forehead.”
