Mother goes viral when dancing funk during her daughter’s birthday in RJ: ‘Be happy the way you want’ | River

The celebration of three years of the daughter of self-employed Brenna Azevedo, 27 years old, was planned just two months in advance, with financial help from the whole family. Last Saturday, the big day finally arrived and the child’s mother was euphoric with the event taking place. With a transparent dress on her body, she asked the DJ to play a hit by singer Anitta, “Movimento da Sanfoninha”, and the dance ended up going viral on social networks. However, the repercussions were accompanied by a barrage of attacks: out of fear, Brenna told EXTRA that she stopped taking her daughter to school and reports that she even received threats.

— People resonated (the video) in a way that I did not imagine. Every day I receive dreadful messages: they call me a naughty, slut, narcissist, even a disgrace, garbage, and a terrible mother. People have no idea, they even threaten me – says Brenna. — Nobody knows about my daily life with my daughter, about my family’s support for us to educate her.

A resident of the city of Mesquita, Brenna invited only people close to her, friends and relatives, to the party held in Belford Roxo, also in Baixada Fluminense, who enjoyed the game before singing “Happy Birthday” to her daughter.

During the celebration, Brenna and her daughter each wore a dress. Before going to the cake table, she decided to make a “surprise” for the guests:

— The manager of the ballroom called me and asked if there would be a change of dress, I said yes. I put my daughter in Minnie’s dress. As for me, who was quite euphoric, I tried on the (transparent) dress and felt comfortable, despite having bought the codpiece for my breasts earlier. As everyone there was very intimate and everyone knows me, I thought there was no problem. When I entered the party, the guests started to have fun, filming, jumping, dancing and clapping, it was a surprise I made for them.

After the celebration, most of the guests left and that was the moment, according to Brenna, that she climbed onto the pool table, choreographies that the freelancer does not regret.

“If I said I wouldn’t do it again, I’d be lying. I didn’t commit any crime, I was happy, everyone was enjoying it. There was no cursing or criticism, everyone joined in the fun. The message I give is that everyone take care of their lives and be happy the way they want – she completes, who does not rule out going to the police station to report the attacks she receives virtually.

At the end of the party, Brenna’s aunt asked if she could post the videos on the TikTok social network and that’s when the nightmare began. With the negative repercussions, not only Brenna was the target of attacks.

— My aunt is being called names because people think she is me. She had to delete the video out of fear of people, who were calling her a piranha – vents Brenna, who also saw other people around her also receiving attacks.

The child’s father, Lucas Azevedo, 26, who appears alongside Brenna in the video, never had a relationship with his daughter’s mother. Despite having “enjoyed” the party, the young woman says that her daughter’s father is “embarrassed at being called a cuckold”. The series of attacks also extended to Brenna’s current boyfriend, Wanderson Silva, 26, with whom she has been in a relationship for eight months.

One of the publications on Twitter in which the video was shared reached more than 14 million views, with a post made earlier this Tuesday afternoon. However, the attacks of the woman who now has more than 21 thousand followers on Instagram do not cease. Because of this, they had to ban comments on all of her photos on Instagram, because relatives of hers read things like that she should be “put in jail”. She also posted a video defending herself against the attacks.

This Wednesday, shortly before granting an interview to EXTRA, the self-employed woman says that she posted a “good morning” in her story and then received attacks.

Brenna’s routine, who lives with her mother, Sonia Azevedo, 54, and her 3-year-old daughter, is dedicated to the little one. Every day, the two take the house baby to the private school where she is enrolled and, after the repercussion of the videos, even that was affected.

— On Monday (22), I didn’t take my daughter to school with fear, afraid of being pointed out and attacked, I preferred to prevent her. I stayed at home. Already on Tuesday, I took my daughter by car, hidden to school. I’m not walking around my neighborhood, horrified by the messages I’ve received from people I’ve never seen in my life – details Brenna.

Despite the fear, she guarantees that she spoke with the school officials and her daughter did not experience any inconvenience.

In the midst of everything, the birthday girl’s mother says she also receives positive messages and says that the success of the videos earns her invitations to partnerships, which has not yet been decided to accept because the family is still “shaken” by the negative repercussions. Brenna says that, if she can, she will explain to her daughter in a few years everything that happened:

— I wanted to explain to her everything that happened. Everything that happened there was a joke, and the party was really good. I will teach her that she needs to live and not be shaken by criticism. You shouldn’t care what people are going to say.
