The doctor learned of the death while he was out of Brazil on work, and returned to the country straight to Cândido Sales, where the family lives. “I still can’t believe I lost the most important part of my life. Mom, say it’s a lie,” Tigre posted.
Former secretary of Education for the city, Silene was killed with a blow to the head by criminals who stole the pickup truck she was driving, very close to the family farm. Her body was found near a gas station.
The two criminals were located after causing an accident in Salinas, Minas Gerais. They crashed into the back of a trailer during a pursuit by the Federal Highway Police.
