Quim (Paulo Calatré) is irritated with Salomão (Paulo Pires), Justino (António Capelo) and Jaime (Sérgio Praia) because they put forward the hypothesis that it was Cacau (Matilde Breyner) who killed Pipa (Sílvia Chiola), stressing that she would be incapable of such an act. Sal (Carolina Amaral) smiles radiantly listening to the conversation.

Guto (Vitor Britto) and Pitty (Ludy Guimarães) are shocked when Regina (Christine Fernandes) tells them that Pipa died and Cacau is the main suspect in her death, which is why they cannot take her to the hospital. Heitor (Adriano Toloza) even says he already knows who was responsible for the assassination attempt on Cacau.

Quim (Paulo Calatré), Jaime (Sérgio Praia) and Salomão agree that Simone (Alexandra Lencastre) and Sal (Carolina Amaral) could be involved in Pipa’s murder at Tiago’s house. Justino sits down tense knowing what he has to do.

At Regina’s house, everyone looks in shock at Heitor saying that it was Pipa’s father who killed her.

Júlia (Fernanda Serrano) tells Tiago that she doesn’t believe in the hypothesis that Cacau shot Pipa as revenge for her having tried to kill her before by throwing her off the cliff. Tiago cries to admit to his mother that he considered this thesis to the police.

Heitor says that Pipa’s father was using her to get revenge on Salomão and may have tried to eliminate Cacau so she wouldn’t get in the way of his plans. Cacau regains her senses, looking confused, without recognizing anything or anyone.

Quim tells Soraia (Paula Neves) that he is sure that Simone and Sal are involved in the story of Pipa’s death. They tell Salomão and Jaime that Justino is already talking to his daughter.

Cacau looks at everyone suspiciously, without recognizing anyone. She notices that she is covered in blood with Regina telling her that they already found her like this, without knowing what happened to her. Cacau allows Regina to take a shower to clear her head, Guto and Pitty are very worried about their friend.

Sal argues to Justino that it doesn’t make any sense that he is insinuating that she had anything to do with Pipa’s death, repudiating that besides not knowing how to use weapons, she had nothing against Pipa. Justino warns her that he will report her to the police if he discovers that she is lying to him. Salt disguises his tension. Salomão tells Justino not to believe the thesis that Sal and Simone tried to frame Cacau for Pipa’s death because that did not invalidate, even if she were arrested, that Cacau was legitimized as his heir. Soraia enters the conversation saying that Simone and Sal were interested in Cacau disappearing. Everyone is in agreement.

Regina explains to Guto and Pitty that for now it’s better not to tell Cacau that they know her so as not to confuse her even more, mentioning that Cacau’s amnesia could be permanent. Everyone is apprehensive.

Valdemar is with Heitor accessing the database of the prison where Nelson is serving his sentence, eventually discovering that he was entitled to a temporary release.

Regina is undercover and meets Lola (Ana Bustorff) in a garden in Sintra, pretending to be unaware of what is happening to Cacau. Tomané (Salvador Nery) observes them. Regina says goodbye to Lola, promising to pay Justino a visit soon. Tomané follows Regina to a pastry shop.

Quim appears relieved that Justino tells him that he has already come to the conclusion that it doesn’t make any sense that Cacau is a murderer, believing that she was kidnapped, and will try to spend whatever it takes to find her. Justino tells Quim that Filó (Sofia Nicholson) has the right to know what happened to Cacau, Quim is thoughtful.

Marco (Diogo Amaral) refuses to believe in disbelief that Cacau has committed murder, but Vitória (Teresa Tavares) insists that she has also pushed her down the stairs and may have done many more bad things that they are unaware of. Marco worriedly asks Solomon if she can come to him now.

Tomané sees a woman come out wearing Regina’s clothes, following her, thinking it’s her. Regina leaves right after the pastry shop.

Salomão (Paulo Pires) tells Tiago that because of him, Cacau is under strong suspicion of having killed Pipa. Salomão states that they will only be able to find out the truth when they manage to find Cacau. Tiago returns home with Júlia. The PJ inspector finds Nelson’s bag and searches the inside, discovering bullets and ropes. Cláudia hears the police raising the possibility that a third person besides Cacau was present in Pipa’s murder.

Tomané (Salvador Nery) is shocked to realize that he was tricked by Regina, who gave his clothes to another woman to throw him off.
